Introduction

Compared with DZ Vibro Sifter, ultrasonic vibrating sieve has an additional set of ultrasonic deblinding system, which enables strong absorbability / agglomerated / high static / high density / light proportion powders to be screened more efficiently, particle size down to 20um.

Ultrasonic Deblinding System

This system consists of ultrasonic generator, transducer and frame. Ultrasonic probes are fitted to ultrasonic frame, ultrasonic generator produces high-frequency vibrations, ultrasonic transducer transmits vibrations to the screen mesh, this eliminate blinding and maximize capacity.
