DZL-10 Dustless grain cleaning machine is mainly composed of feed hopper, bucket elevator, cyclone dust separator and vibrating screen. Its sieving efficiency is high, which makes it suitable to sieve and edulcoration in the feed mill. Because its dedusting cyclone separator, there can be less pollution in the plant and this makes it a good assistant for feed mill, small and medium grain reserve depot and grain collection spots.

The screen cloth of this machine can be changed according to the grain granular size. It can be used to screen corn, soybean, wheat, rice, sunflower seed and so on. The biggest feature of the machine is: it is dust-free and this can improve the cleaning and sieving environment.

The machine is equipped with centrifugal fan and dust catcher, the total power is 3.7 kw.  The cleaning neatness can reach more than 90% and the cleaning amount can reach 10 tons per hour. The machine can be redesigned according to the requirements of clients.
