12 sets DZL-15 grain cleaners (grain cleaning machine), totally packed in a 40GP & 20GP container for cleaning paddy & wheat , will be shipped to Chittagong, Bangladesh.  

This grain cleaner mainly consists of frame, hopper, bucket elevator, reciprocating screen, motor and suction fan.

Suction fan--sucks out the relatively light sundries like dust, stive, rice chaff and bran; Bucket elevator-- elevates the grain to the dedusting bin.

Reciprocating screen--screening material on its size. When the grain flows onto the reciprocating screen, Large trash is removed as the seed fall through the holes in the first screen and onto a second screen; the second screen traps the seeds and moves them to a discharge chute as smaller trash falls through the holes.
